Hotel Guest Information January 2021

We are thrilled that you have decided to stay with us during your trip to the Rocky Mountains! As you are probably aware, COVID19 has impacted many resort operations resulting in some changes this winter.

Masks: To maintain compliance with both local regulations and Hilton’s new policies, masks are required in all common spaces of the hotel. Masks will also be required to board the hotel shuttle. Masks will not be required in the hot tub or pool, or while actively eating or drinking. Thank you for your cooperation.

Housekeeping Services: To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, housekeeping is now “opt in” only; meaning that you will need to notify the front desk 24 hours in advance if you would like to have housekeeping provide service to your room. If you need additional items such as towels, please dial “0” from your room phone and our front desk will have your items sent up in approximately 15 minutes.

Shuttle Operations: Our mountain shuttle will available between 7:00am and 10:00pm daily. We drop off and pick up at Golden Peak, Vail Transportation Center, and Lionshead Village. The shuttle will be running on a constant loop between 7am-10am and again from 2pm-5pm and operating as quickly and safely as possible. If you would like to request the shuttle please call the hotel at +1-970-476-2739 or text us at +1-970-251-0476. Our shuttle capacities have been limited this season by local policies, meaning we can only have 8 passengers in the shuttle at a time. We ask for your patience as we work to transport our guests as efficiently as possible. There are other options available, such as the free West Vail bus route, Uber, Lyft, Ride Taxi, High Mountain Taxi, or skier parking in Vail Village.

Breakfast: To ensure compliance with local regulations, we have implemented a skier’s grab and go breakfast. We have included a granola bar, muffin, one piece of fresh fruit, a bottle of water, and a juice. Our Hilton Honors, gold and diamond members can enjoy this breakfast complimentary. For other hotel guests, these are available for $5 per bag at the front desk.

Pivot62: Our restaurant on premise, Pivot62, will be open 7 days per week. Serving hand crafted cocktails from 3:00pm -10:00pm and our delicious food options prepared by our chef from 4:00pm -9:00pm. Please see the front desk or stop in Pivot62 to view our menu.

Hot Tub and Pool: Our hot tub and pool are open for our guests to enjoy at 50% capacity. Please continue to use social distancing and respect our other guests while enjoying the facilities. They are open from 8:00am until 10:00pm daily. The gym is open for one person or one party at a time and we require that you sign in and out at the front desk.

Hilton’s Clean Stay: Hilton has developed a sanitization program to ensure the safety of our guests. The Highline Vail is working diligently to ensure that we are in compliance with this program. In addition to the guidelines set by Hilton and local governments, we are utilizing ULV foggers to sanitize public spaces and the shuttles regularly.
